We worked with Eric to buy our first home a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful experience! He was highly communicative, took the time to explain the process, and really listened to what we were looking for. Joseph was great! He made himself readily available to show houses, answer my MANY questions and address my concerns - on weekends, early mornings and evenings. He spent a lot of time behind the scenes discussing and negotiating with the seller's realtor to make sure we got the best deal. He was easy to work with, personable and knowledgeable about the neighborhoods. If Joseph wasn't available, his partner was, which was a plus. I was referred by one of my colleagues and am glad I was!
